It’s never to early to book for your event! Please reach out whenever you’re ready to hold your date.
Orders should be placed 4 weeks before your pickup date so I can have time to plan your designs and order any needed adorable cookie cutters for your set.
I do take order under 4 weeks if I have availably in my schedule. A rush fee will apply for orders less than 2 weeks before the event.

My minimum order is 1 Dozen Cookies.

Each order must be on the same theme. For example, you would order cookies for a birthday theme. At this time I don’t offer individually themed cookies.

I will do my best to match your desired colors. I can’t guarantee an exact match but I will get as close as possible. Colors can be different from phone and computer monitors to real life.

All orders, whether ready made or custom made, will have a confirmed pickup time. You will be contacted when the order is ready to be pickup up.
If you need them for a party on a Thursday, for example, you would pickup the Friday before.
Cookies will remain fresh as long as they are left in their heat sealed bags. They will maintain their taste for 2 weeks. They can also be kept frozen for up to 3 months in an airtight container.

You will receive emails and I will make every effort to remind you of your pickup.
I completely understand that life happens, and I will gladly make accommodations if you miss your pickup. However, opening pickups on a different day will require 5% fee of the order total to be applied.
If it works for your event, I can freeze the cookies and you can pickup on the next Friday for no extra charge.

I follow the Washington State Cottage Food Laws and therefore I am unable to ship cookies out of state.
I am able to ship within Washington state for an extra fee. Cost will depend on order size and location.

My cookies are made in a home kitchen which could have exposure to nuts and other allergens.

I do! I offer Gluten free, Vegan and Gluten Free Vegan options for all cookies.
PLEASE NOTE: I cannot guarantee cross contamination. If you have an extreme allergy, please understand I practice safe cleaning processes but my kitchen still contains flour, dairy, and milk.

I endeavor to provide the best quality ingredients in our baking. I use cage free organic eggs, aluminum free baking powder, and imitation vanilla and almond extracts.

Yes there is alcohol in most extracts like Vanilla. According to the FDA, vanilla extract is a mixture of vanilla scent and flavor characteristic, and alcohol. To be exact, the FDA requires an ethyl alcohol content of at least 35% for a product to be considered vanilla extract.
Before you worry about getting a buzz from your baked goods, nearly all of the alcohol from extracts evaporates in the cooking process.
So it’s completely safe for you or your kiddos to enjoy cookies.

I offer natural food coloring by request only. It does limit the color range, decorating options and increase the cost.

My cookies use McCormick imitation almond extract. Meaning it doesn’t contain tree nuts and is listed as safe to use for people with nut or tree nut allergies.

Your retainer holds your place for the week that you booked. If you reschedule within 2 weeks, I can transfer your retainer based on my availability. If you need to cancel and do not wish to rebook, the retainer is forfeited.
