Baking Policies

When ordering through Olympic Mountain Goodies LLC, the customer agrees to the following terms & conditions.

  • I require 50% retainer for your order to hold your date. This is required up front at the time of placing your order so that I can order any needed supplies such as cute cookie cutters, sprinkles, perfect packaging details and more! Remaining payment is due by pick-up.

  • I will accept a re-schedule within reason and by exception basis. Please contact me 48 hours in advance to re-scheduling.

    I completely understand that life happens, and I will gladly make accommodations if you miss your Friday pickup. However, opening pickups on a different day will require 5% fee of the order total to be applied.

    If it works for your event, I can freeze the cookies and you can pickup on the next Friday for no extra charge.

    If you have not picked up your order by the following Friday or communicated and agreed upon reschedule date, then this will result in forfeiting your order.

Order & Delivery Clause:

  • Pickup times are Monday-Saturday 12PM-5PM.

  • Cost is $16 per hour round trip and $1.30 per mile after the first 15 miles round trip.

    Any ferry or toll costs will be added to the order Payment must be completed before delivery is stated.

  • At this time, I can only ship cookies within WA state. (This is per the Cottage Food restrictions). I do my best to package these cookies, but broken cookies are always possible. I also can’t guarantee on time arrivals as far as postal delays. Refunds can’t be offered, but know that they’re on their way. Tracking information will be provided and claims for lost orders can be placed with USPS.

  • Adjustments can be made after your retainer is paid but final adjustments must be 4 weeks before the date.

  • Order changes can be made up to 2 week in advance. This moves your retainer as well. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a fee will apply as cookies will likely have already been made.

  • I welcome inspiration pictures! However, they will be used to “inspire” me in designing your cookies in my own style. Be sure to share with me on important details you’re hoping for and I will endeavor to make you something you will love!

  • All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredients costs and therefore means that I might have to adjust pricing if ingredient costs rise. Prices changes will be communicated.

  • Once you pick-up your order, what happens to your cookies is in your hands! All sales are final.

    I do not accept returns due to the nature of my business. I do not refund for packages lost in transit or that arrive late. I am unable to refund or replace stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before shipping. I am not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address.

    While I want you to love my custom baked cookies, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact me immediately so I can assess the situation and troubleshoot any problems. I may request the cookies to be returned so I can figure out what the issue was. I will then determine if a credit may be issued for a future order.

  • This order has been made in a home kitchen not inspected by WA state criteria. My kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, gluten free.

  • I know that you can’t control when you have come in contact with a person who has Covid, and I want to work with you. If you need to reschedule your event, I can freeze your cookies for 2 weeks so you can stay home and rest. I can also offer a no-contact pick up.
